Faith: A happy story

In the first photo Faith as she was found - full of snot from the worst case of Snuffles - the second of how she is now.  It has since  been discovered that like many white cats she is totally deaf and we were worried that we would not be able to home her .  However a good Samaritan in Cape Town heard of her and is sending for her, flying her down to join her cat family which has already a deaf cat in it.  Such a happy ending to a little kitten who was luckily found by one of our members.

We have been trying to contact Mrs J Van Niekerk to thank her for her generous donation to Cats'9Lives but the cell number given on the Bank form is incorrect.

Become a volunteer

Want to get involved, why not volunteer by becoming one of our foster moms?

We provide the milk, pellets and take kittens in to be homed when they are old enough, but bottle feeding is a most rewarding job as it is so worthwhile to watch their development.

Cat Trivia:

Spaying and neutering cats also decrease the risk of testicular and ovarian cancer. Having female cats spayed before their first litter benefit from reduced risk of mammary cancer.
